CAP's Morrisville Food Pantry at 3 East Main Street is looking for volunteers!  Volunteers help residents of the Morrisville-Eaton school district who are in a food emergency fill a 3-day emergency food package that meets family needs and My Plate nutritional guidelines.  Volunteers also connect consumers to other food and nutrition resources in the county and assist with deliveries, stocking and donations.  Substitute positions and regular positions are available.  Current pantry hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am - 11am.  Volunteers may work independently or as a team and schedules are flexible (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly...).  The position offers flexibility, support and training.

The pantry is also looking for a volunteer to pick up donated bread at the Price Chopper in Hamilton on Monday mornings (every Monday excluding holidays) at 9am and deliver the bread to the Morrisville Food Pantry.  We regret there is no mileage reimbursement available for these volunteer positions.

To apply, please call Barb Church, Program Supervisor, at (315) 684-3144 x. 18.
