Need SNAP Help - Have Questions - Contact Kaleigh!

Community Action welcomes their new NOEP Coordinator, Kaleigh Bascom. The Nutrition Outreach and Education Program Coordinator works throughout Madison County to provide a complete, personal, and confidential prescreening to determine if a consumer may be eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).  This service is provided to individuals and families in their homes, at libraries or any other place and time that is convenient for those in need of SNAP benefits.

Coordinators can assist in completing an application and submit to Madison Department of Social Services. As well as providing other food resources and information.

The NOEP coordinator helps families and individuals of all ages to improve nutrition and increase food buying power.
