Early Childhood Starting Together, our home visiting program for pregnant and parenting families, offers information, support, and activities to help families raise healthy, happy children. In addition to home visits, families have a variety of fun group activities to choose from such as our “Mom’s Night Out”, Dad’s Group, Parent Child Play Groups, and Nursing Mom’s Support Group. Being a parent is the most important, challenging, and fulfilling job you will ever have – we’re here to help.

Family & Youth
Family and Youth Family and Youth Division works with families and individuals who are struggling to make ends meet. Whether the issue is housing, transportation, nutrition, or employment, CAP provides information and advocacy, makes referrals, and offers short-term financial assistance. From office-based advocacy and budget counseling to intensive case management and home visiting, we help people define their own goals and assist with a plan of action. Do you have a child 8-16 years old? CAP has a mentoring program that matches youth with an adult member of the community whose goal is to make a difference in a child’s life.
